The agency
Santa Marina Real Estate Group is the brand of Gruppo Santa Marina Immobiliare Aena S.r.l., a real estate agency in Venice acting as intermediary in the sale and rental of residential and commercial properties. Since 3 July 2023 the business has been registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Venezia Rovigo in the roll of real estate brokers (agenti di affari in mediazione, real estate agents section). The person in charge of brokerage is Mattia Marchi. The other identifying details of the company are listed at the bottom of this page.
Fees and mandates
The financial terms of our service, the duration of the mandate and the services included are agreed in writing before any activity begins, in a document we hand to the client. We do not apply charges that were not agreed in advance.
Where property data comes from
The listings published on this website come from our internal archive and are updated regularly. When a property is no longer available it is removed from the public pages.
