This text describes transparently how the website works, but it does not replace the full policy, which is being drafted together with the agency advisors. For any request about your data you can write to the contacts at the bottom of this page: we answer every request.
What data we collect
We only collect the data you choose to give us by filling in one of the forms on this website: name, email, phone number, the text of your message and, for appointments, the day and time slot you prefer. There are four forms: the contact request, the property valuation request, the enquiry about a listing and the appointment request for a viewing or a video call. We do not collect data in any other way and we do not buy mailing lists from third parties.
Why we use it
We use your data to reply: to get back to you after a request, arrange an appointment, send you information about a property you are interested in. We do not use it for anything else and we do not pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up on the contact and meet the resulting obligations. You can ask for deletion at any time by writing to the contacts at the bottom of this page.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, to delete it or to stop using it. An email to the contacts below is enough, no particular formalities required.
External services
Property pages and the Contact page show a Google Maps map. When the map loads, Google receives the request from your browser, including your IP address. The details of the services used will be listed in the cookie policy.
